Trieste Paul Bauer
From the artist:
In 2014 I was commissioned by the french newspaper “Les Echos” to shoot in Trieste for a travel-story, which ultimately led to two days in heavy rain and me just trying to make the best out of it.

From the artists:
The most common relationship we are likely to have with the work of The Wa is with hindsight or through hearsay. Its critical, subversive provocations resist a lengthy duration in the public arena that would afford one the opportunity to experience it first hand. The lifespan of the artworks vary in public exposure, installation and removal. Therefore, it is the temporality of his work that is crucial to its reading.

We make professional aerial photography services accessible to everyone by providing a crowdsourced aerial experience. Whether you want to snap a signature shoe selfie on your iPhone, or you want to capture incredible aerial content for your portfolio: we’ve got a variety of options for you.
No two flights are the same. Variables in time of day, seasons, weather, and a custom flight plan has photographers flying with us time and time again. Each photo flight is tailored to what you would like to see. Want to go high or low? Want to focus on a specific building or landmark? Take your photography to new heights with FlyNYON.
FlyNYON takes the thrill of shooting images from an open door helicopter, and makes it accessible by offering crowdsourced seats, without compromising on safety. Our New York City flights are conducted in twin-turbine helicopters and are piloted by crew with thousands of hours of experience. The doors are taken off and you and your photo equipment are securely tethered in for the ride.

I worked on the exhibition Empreinte du Geste at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs of Paris with the french graphic design studio Violaine & Jeremy.
I made the portraits of the artists exhibited and illustrate their tools as well for the exhibition signage.
The main subject of the exhibition is contemporary artistic craftmanship.
